About Barrington Center for the Arts

In the fall of 1999, Rhodes Gymnasium became the Barrington Center for the Arts, one of the most modern centers for the performing and visual arts north of Boston. The building was named in honor of Barrington College of Rhode Island, which merged with Gordon in 1985.

The Gallery at Barrington Center for the Arts is a modern and spacious art gallery. Both the large and small galleries are open for public viewing during exhibition dates, Monday through Saturday, 9am to 7pm. All exhibitions are open to the public and admission is free.
