I was born in NYC in 1929 and have spent my life as a painter, switching to prints about ten years ago. My initial  interest was in the process of waterless lithography and more recently polyester lithography (of which I was the first author of a published monograph).

Generally abstract and occasionally figurative, these images are developed by a series of runs through the press,  The "subjects" are developed by the images that appear at each "drop". Occasionally the subjects are the product of dreams.
